Item Description
Largest 2.25/smallest 1.75". First reads "Harvey Milk For Assembly!" with "Wm. Hartman Treasure San Francisco" on curl at left and "Button Works" with address at right. Some minor surface wear including a horizontal 1/4" scratch under the "M" in "Milk." Also included are two buttons by "Funky Slogans" each referring to Milk's assassin Dan White. First has front reading "Eat A Twinkie Beat The Rap." in large text with subtext in small letters "Only If You're A White Anglo, Heterosexual, Male Ex-Cop." On reverse in black felt tip marker is notation by Marshall Levin that reads "Dan White." Background appears to have scattered light gray spots but these are on the paper stock used in manufacturing. Next reads "If You're White, It's Not Murder." with reverse notation by Levin reading "Dan White/Killed Harvey Milk." All three are Exc. Displaying Mint.
