Item Description
3.5x6" single-sided postcard features Superman's "S" symbol and classic "Superman" comic book title logo. Postcard was issued by New York, NY radio station WOR 710 (see previous item #2145) and mentions other radio shows carried by the station, including "Uncle Don, Mysterious Traveler, Roosty Of The AAF, Chick Carter, Full Speed Ahead" and "Tom Mix" in addition to Superman. "S" symbol has .5" streak of lt. staining and tiny spot of ink along left edge. This is a Mutual file copy as reverse has "File - Mutual" stamp. VF/Exc. Rare and first we've offered in our 49 years.
