Item Description
5x9" single-sided handbill for Oct. 22, 1964 concert that took place at The Lakeside R.&B. Scene at Old Welsh Harp, Hendon, England. Printed by Hibernian Printing Co. Given that The Yardbirds formed in 1963, this handbill advertises an early gig by the popular band, at a time guitar legend Eric Clapton was still lead guitarist. Concert featured £ Zoot Money and His Big Roll Band w/The Yardbirds. Handbill features hand-drawn map of the venue location and has had inked "64" dates added behind the show dates. Handbill has some handling wear w/some faint crease across bottom, but aside from inking, remains clean and bright. Fine/VF. Scarce early promotional piece.
