Item Description
Hake #3064. 2-5/8" tall oval button with tin covered reverse plus a raised slot holding horizontal bar pin. One of the best and most popular buttons of the 1908 campaign. Slogans read top to bottom "Our Standard Bearer: The Nation's Commoner/William Jennings Bryan/Two Of America's Great Essentials To Peace And Prosperity/Known World Over." Tiny text on one of the corn husks reads "From Mr. Bryan's Fairview Farm." This example has perfect centering, a bare minimum of surface wear of no consequence, superb color and full gloss. An example that has it all. NM displaying Mint.
