Item Description
Smallest lapel stud is .75" and largest brass token is 1.5". Group begins with celluloid lapel stud picturing Bryan and with text "Free Silver 1896 W.J.Bryan." A little black paint off the reverse  and a couple tiny and barely visible age marks on the cello background. Still displays Exc. Next is a lapel stud made of tin with the front surface in silver paint as issued and showing eagle surrounded by text "Give Us 16 To 1 Free Silver." Rare and NM. Third is a silvered brass or possibly steel lapel stud with maker text on back "The Parish & Bingham Co/Cleveland, O." with front showing eagle surrounded by stars plus text "Free Silver" and a ribbon with tiny text "16 To 1." Rare and Mint. Fourth is a brass lapel stud, once with silver finish but only about 1/3 remains. Reads "Free Coinage" and shows "16 To 1" shield. Very Good. Fifth is brass uniface token. Reverse is blank except for "Pat. Appl'd For". Front has large inscription "Free Coinage 1896" surrounding big numeral "16." Minor luster loss. Next is a white metal bug on stickpin and 1.5" overall. Last is big finely detailed silver bug on stickpin 2-5/8" tall overall. The oval plate on the bug's back reads "16 To 1." Trivial tarnish. Many rare pieces.
