Item Description
11x14.5" magazine page from the July 12, 1980 issue of "Billboard" magazine featuring the "Top LPs & Tape" chart, which has Billy Joel's "Glass Houses" album in the number one spot. Joel has signed in green felt tip pen below his listing. Upper left has 2" crease. Lower left has some chips/small tears and right margin is uneven as removed from magazine w/some small tears along margins (and could be easily matted/framed for display) and sheet has moderate even aging. Fine overall, but Joel's signature remains bold, distinct and Exc. 11x14.5" magazine page from Oct. 22,1977 issue of "Billboard" has congratulatory ad for Steve Miller's "Swingtown" single from the "Book Of Dreams" album. Miller has boldly signed by Pegasus image in black felt tip pen. Left margin is uneven as removed from magazine w/some small tears along margins and page has moderate handling wear. VG. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
