Ozzy is pictured on front cover and has signed in black felt tip pen, as well as three members of his band - Zakk Wylde (has signed in his earlier signature style which has evolved over the years), Randy Castillo (adding "91") and Michael Inez have also signed in black felt tip pen. Magazine has two-page Ozzy article w/photos. .25" scuff along spine, o/w Exc. Great Ozzy cover and a scarce regional metal and hard rock publication. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
