Item Description
Complete 5.75x10.25" thin paper handbill for week-long concert series that started Aug. 12, 1963 in Llandudno, Wales at the Odeon Cinema. Handbill features photo portraits of each Beatle (Ringo's head being a bit larger than the others) and handbill also mentions fellow Liverpool performers Billy J. Kramer and The Dakotas as well as The Glamorous Lana Sisters, Tommy Wallis and Beryl, Sons of the Piltdown Men, Gary & Lee, Tommy Quickly and comedian Billy Baxter. Part of the UK concert tour w/Roy Orbison (who was top-billed, only to be swept aside by the growing popularity of The Beatles), this was The Beatles' third UK tour. Postal booking form at bottom is unused and was designed to be removed to be sent away for tickets by mail. Handbill has three horizontal folds and some scattered aging/handling wear but still Fine/VF overall. Classic early Beatles concert piece. Scarce.
