2-3/8x3-1/8" 'Tombstone' shaped medal by Barber with bust of "Theodore Roosevelt President Of The United States" on the front. Reverse shows full figure female bidding farewell to ships with text in a panel below "Hampton Roads Dec. 16, 1907/Departure Of United States Atlantic Fleet On Cruise Around The World".
