Item Description
14x28" thin cardboard window card for Feb. 18, 1965 concert that took place at the Mayser Gym at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Presented by the I.F. Council, concert was headlined by James Brown (who is pictured) and poster is done in "boxing" style. Printed by Posters, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA. Poster has even moderate aging and scattered handling wear w/numerous creases. Upper left has 1.75" strip of tape staining, 1.75" vertical tear and upper right has 2.5" vertical tear. Some scattered age spotting along left margin. .25" surface paper lift at margin just above Brown's first name. Back of card shows wear w/scattered surface paper lifts/tears. VG. All 1960s James Brown concert posters and cards are hard to come by.
