Item Description
Sizes are 7/8" or a little smaller. First two items are domed and embossed brass clothing buttons. The first shows rooster and names "Cleveland/Thurman." Second also shows rooster and reads "Democratic Club." Both have NM luster. Third item has a fabric center reading "Cleveland And Thurman" with a surrounding dark red celluloid frame. Center back of the frame has a cloth area which apparently would allow it to be stitched onto clothing. On the back there are two dots of translucent adhesive. Next with a horse shoe design is cloth covered lapel stud Hake #3243. Next, also cloth covered, is DeWitt 1888-48. This has "C&T 1888" woven into the cloth. Last is Hake #3240, also cloth covered, and also with center initials plus "Democratic Tariff Reform 1888." Exc. to Mint except as noted. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
