Item Description
1-3/8x2" tall fully three-dimensional figural head of Spanish-American naval hero Admiral George Dewey, his collar formed as a separate piece capable of sliding up/down via rod through center of head. Cap is inserted under chin and then when thrown down, the collar and head closes, causing cap to explode.
