Item Description
Pair of 22x31" thin paper posters for bullfighting events that took place in Palma de Mallorca, the capital and largest city of the Balearic Islands in Spain. All text in Spanish. First is dated Aug. 24, 1952 and features photo images of matadors Pepe Bienvenida, Luis Briones and Niño de la Plama, interspersed w/art images of bullfights. Second poster is dated Sept. 20, 1952 and features photo images of two matadors - Miguel Ortas and Francisco Peláez - as well as listing two others. Poster also features small bullfighting images. Both have been folded w/pin holes at corners and show scattered wear. First poster's wear is more moderate w/.75" corner off at bottom left and .25" piece out of right margin. VG-Fine overall.
