Item Description
First is a 1-1/8" diameter brass locket with ornate pattern on each side including flowers and birds. Edge holds a moveable loop. The locket opens to reveal paper photos under glass of McKinley and Roosevelt. There is a little ripple in the paper above TR's head and a tiny excess speck of paper at the upper left of the McKinley piece. Both photos are extremely clean. This item is similar to Hake #3131. Next is a .75" charm with two brass loops. A brass frame goes around the edge. One side has real photo sepia portraits of McKinley and Roosevelt. Opposite side holds a 1900 Indian Head penny beneath a clear sheet of celluloid. A little tarnish on the coin but it appears uncirculated. This is Hake #3110. Last is an embossed brass shell badge with eagle at top, enamel paint flags at each side and a wreath below all enclosing a paper jugate photo of McKinley and TR. This is Hake #3108. Images are a little dark as made with the brass luster and paint NM. Hake 2004 guide values for these three pieces exceed $400. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
