Item Description
1.25" listed as Hake #12 with guide value in 2004 of $548. The back paper has 1/8" tear at the top edge. Celluloid has some small issues but still displays beautifully. The center white background has a little variation in the cream tone mostly at the center top and bottom where the circles intersect. On the left there is a trace of red color above Taft's head and to the left of this a couple of tiny air dots that show a trifle against the dark blue background. At 11 o'clock on the side edge and not seen from the front there are a couple of tiny dots of celluloid that failed to fold under the collet although they really cause no problem as they do not create an edge bump. The piece has full gloss and almost no surface wear. Great coloration and a very stylized design. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
