Original "Industrial Incentive Division - Navy Department" envelope contains 28.5x40" Official Navy Poster, Industrial Incentive Division 2-80M published by US Government Printing Office #0-551020, 1943. Graphics feature image of grinning sailor pointing behind him w/thumb as another sailor who paints a sixth Imperial Japanese flag on side of ship, indicating victories. Poster art by Howard Scott. Text reads "Couldn't Have Done It Without You! Full Speed Ahead - We've Still Got A Big Job To Do!" Folded as issued. Exc. Envelope has label w/matching poster title and is addressed to International Chain & Mfg. Co. of York, PA. Envelope shows moderate edge wear and has been sliced open at top. VG. Great graphics.
