8.5x13-7/8" contract w/typed information concerning May 4, 1966 concert date at the County Hall in Charleston, SC. Contract is dated April 29, 1966 and was between the American Guild of Variety Artists and R&B singer Percy Sledge (1940-2015). Contract has been signed in blue ink by Sledge as well as APO Shows, Inc. representative. Contract notes wage of $350. 1966 was the year Sledge had his biggest hit, w/"When A Man Loves A Woman." Horizontal fold at bottom (just above signatures), but o/w clean and Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
