Item Description
6.5x8x1.25" cardboard box w/lid label contains two pairs of size 9 brown stockings, each 32" long. Each pair has 2" dia. colorful paper label at top w/art image of smiling Buster Brown playing tug-of-war w/Tige and pair of hose w/woman in bkg. Reverse has warranty text from Buster Brown's Hosiery Mills of Chattanooga, TN. 1910s. Box shows moderate wear w/loss of surface paper at corners and corner tip wear. Lid has one split corner. VG. Stockings are Exc., as are labels. First boxed example we've offered in our 49 years.
