Item Description
Original cardboard box w/nicely illustrated lid contains 12.5" long tin litho truck. Made in Japan by Sanyo and distributed by Allen Haddock Co. of Atlanta, GA. 1960s. These trucks came in several box and color variations. This box is variety w/classic "Coca-Cola" name/logo on lid and all four sides. Box is complete w/original cardboard inserts. Lid has one corner split and shows moderate corner/edge wear. 1.25" and 2" puncture/tears to main lid panel. VG. Toy features "Drink Coca-Cola" logos on cab doors and on side of trailer and functions include non-stop action and blinking headlights/taillights, but these no longer work due to a loose switch. Bright and glossy w/only a few tiny paint nicks. Exc. for display.
