Item Description
High relief 12x24" papier-mâché-covered cardboard display w/wooden easel back. 1940s. Display features image of woman's legs going up flight of stairs, clearly showing stocking seams and heels. Additional inset scene shows stewardess boarding passenger plane. Raised advertising text reads "Fully Fashioned Stockings - Go Places!" Bottom right corner piece has 1x1.25" piece of and 1.25" and 1.5" edge splits on back. Scattered dust soiling and wear. Moderate paint wear along left side edge. VG/Fine. Scarce.
