First edition 8.75x11.25" hardcover by Eclipse Books, ©1989 Bob Kane. 156 pages filled w/art and photos throughout Kane's career in both bw and full color. Includes full color reprints of Batman stories from "New York World's Fair" 1940 comic and "World's Finest Comics" #6 1942 comic book. Signed on title page by Kane in black felt tip pen. Book remains factory-sealed, w/partial marker edition number (1047/2500) still visible. Great book on this comic legend, the creator of Batman. Cover has some minor corner tip wear but remains factory-sealed. NM. Comes with Hake's COA.
