Item Description
Each is 17.5x23". Included are five original illustrations executed in color pencil in the early 1980s. Included are Senators: Robert Byrd, WV; Ted Kennedy, MA; Daniel Patrick Moynihan, NY; Bill Bradley, NJ; and Joe Biden, DE. Between 1980-1985 Joan Andrews was the sketch artist for the Washington Post and CNN. She covered many important trials as well as Senate chambers and the Supreme Court. Each lot includes a biography signed by the artist.
