Item Description
13" dia. silver-plated presentation tray features the inscribed facsimile signatures of 37 team members, including - Mickey Mantle, Phil Rizzuto, Yogi Berra, Johnny Mize, Casey Stengel, Billy Martin and others. Tray is designed like baseball and has center text that reads "1953 World Champions" w/"Yankees" logo at center, superimposed over Roman numeral "V," which represents their fifth World Series win in a row, a feat no other team had accomplished to that point or has since. Additionally, the dates of their four previous championships are also noted - 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952. Tray has expected patina but retains much bright luster. Limited issue to team members and VIPs.
