Item Description
1.75" high quality real photo without dot pattern depicting a stone bust of Rockne likely created shortly after his death in 1931. Button is perhaps associated with 1937 dedication ceremonies at Notre Dame for the Knute Rockne Memorial Building. Normal oxidation on the metal reverse but the celluloid remains totally clean and glossy. NM. This is the photo plate example from the Hake book Football section #75. One of only three examples we've seen over our 49 years. Comes with Hakes COA.
