Item Description
1" dia. button to 11x14" thin cardboard sign. Sign reads "Prohibition Elections Can Come In Any County At Any Time! You Cannot Protect The Right To Enjoy Your Beer Unless You Pay Your Poll Tax." Handling wear most notable are a less than .5" separation at top right and a 1.5" crease that barely breaks the surface of the paper just left of center. Fine. Clean surface devoid of stains give it a VF appearance. Also included are a 1910 California "State School Fund" receipt, "Poll Tax Receipt State Of Texas"; "I Paid My Poll Tax Have You? Jaycees" paper ribbon; 2.25" cello. button and four litho buttons w/minor surface wear. Unless noted all items are VF to NM. The four lithos are the first we have encountered in our 49 years.
