Item Description
13" tall painted plaster statue. 1930s. Incised text reads "You Bring The Ducks." Back of base has incised copyright symbol. Statue depicts Wimpy eating a hamburger w/an armful of more hamburgers and a pocket on his coat filled w/the sandwiches. Wimpy's raised hand and face as well as base have some scattered hairlines, but statue is structurally sound w/a few scattered small paint flakes and some scattered dust soiling. Fine/VF overall. We have only offered a few of these carnival statues in our 49 years, and this is a totally different color scheme. Eric Renner Collection.
