Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 10.75" long racecar w/tin litho body and driver, plated grill and side exhaust, rubber tires, hard plastic engine cover and windshield. Unmarked but made in Japan, 1960s. Box is complete w/original cardboard inserts and features instructions of side panels of lid. Lid has had interior tape reinforcement added to two corners and scattered professional restoration. Lid also has scattered faint moisture staining. VG/Fine. Toy features working friction w/clicking noise and neat break-apart features that are activated when front end impacts w/solid object. This causes front wheels, windshield and hood to pop off.
