Item Description
7.75" long tin litho controller/battery box w/space graphics including moon and satellite as well as repeated "Earth Satellite" name is connected to 2.75" dia. tin litho spherical satellite via 2" long coiled spring-wrapped cable. Satellite has four metal antenna extending from it and three rotor propeller w/attached clear thin plastic blades. Made in Japan by Alps, 1950s. When controller button is pushed, plastic rotor blades lift the toy into the air and it flies about up/down, right/left due to operator's wrist motions. Toy works well and aside from a few small paint nicks/scratches, is VF overall. Neat concept.
