19x28.25" stiff paper first printing poster for New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 1978 concert presented by Bill Graham at Winterland in San Francisco, CA featuring The Grateful Dead, Blues Brothers and N.R.P.S. Great art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley (1940-2008) including large silver rose at center w/sun rising over mountaintops in bkg. Both Mouse and Kelley have signed in gold paint pen, Mouse adding his distinctive running mouse sketch at lower left. Exc.
