Item Description
7.25x11.75x1.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid featuring biplane w/early Army Air Force markings and zeppelin flying over New York City, "Pinwheels" candy name spelled out in biplane's exhaust and "Above All" company slogan at very top edge of lid. Additional biplane and zeppelin images of sides of lid. Box contained 120 pieces of penny candy by F.M. Paist Co. of Philadelphia, PA. 1920s. Lid is evenly aged and has some corner tip/edge wear. Fine overall.
