Item Description
Original cardboard box w/art/photo illustrated lid contains 9.75" tall tin litho and plastic wind-up of Mirrorman, from the Japanese tokusatsu (any live-action film or TV drama that features considerable use of special effects) series "Mirrorman," produced by Tsuburaya Productions (of "Ultraman" fame) and aired from Dec. 5, 1971 to Nov. 26, 1972. Figure has built-in key on side and on/off switch on back. Made in Japan for the Japanese market by Bullmark, 1970s. Box lid is complete w/Mirrorman foil sticker. Box shows scattered wear staining around one lid staple as staple has oxidation. Some slight inward warping to lid and 2" edge split at bottom of main lid panel. Still Fine for display. Figure features removable soft vinyl Mirrorman mask that removes to reveal his alter ego - Kyotaro Kagami. Works. Figure shows just trace wear and is o/w Exc. Scarce as boxed.
