Item Description
Two are 1.25" and larger is 1.5". Group begins with rare 1927 "Nat Levine" serial button titled "White Fury/King Of Wild Horses In 'The Golden Stallion.'" Surface has about a half dozen long cello cracks but largely invisible unless seen in reflected light. VG. We've seen only three examples. Next is from 1931 Mascot serial. A masked face over printed by large question mark with upper rim question "Who Is The Phantom Of The West?" This was Mascot's second-all-talkie serial and the movie star names are printed below: Tom Tyler, William Desmond, Philo McCullough, Dorothy Gulliver, Kermit Maynard (later Ken Maynard), Tom Santschi, Joe Bonomo. Scarce and NM displaying Mint. Last is from Universal, 1941 issued for a Buck Jones serial titled "Riders Of Death Valley." Text designates this as the "Club" button. Yellow areas are darkened by stain rather evenly distributed. VG.
