Item Description
9-1/8" tall tin litho and plastic wind-up w/built-in key. Made in Japan for the Japanese market by Popy, 1970s. "Space Ironmen Kyodyne" is a Japanese tokusatsu (any live-action film or TV drama that features considerable use of special effects) sci-fi/superhero series. The show premiered in 1976 and ran for 48 episodes. Box shows scattered wear w/creases and corner tip wear. Fine/VF. Offered here is Skyzel, who is able to transform into a jet-like form known as the Skyjet (toy does not transform). Wind-up shows just trace wear to feet and is Exc. overall. Works. Scarce as boxed.
