Item Description
5/8x13/16" with geometric accents on the brass frame which surrounds beveled glass insert covering the hand-painted illustration. Design is particularly strong with the cabin and cider barrel to the left done in dark browns all on a foreground of deep green grass accented by tree with green foliage at the left on a bright white background. There is one hairline of brown color rising from the right tip of the roof towards the upper edge. An exceptionally attractive example with almost no wear at all on the glass and with all four beveled corners free of flakes. Reverse has hinged pin but the pin itself is a very old replacement in brass which functions perfectly. Unique and most attractive.
