2.5x6.5 and 2.25x4". First is listed in Sullivan/Fischer as WHH-19. Oval portrait surrounded by laurel wreath w/rays emanating in the background. Text at bottom reads "Philadelphia City & County Delegations." Vertical separation 1.5" at extreme lower right and a .5" separation at upper right with neither affecting the graphic and text. VF. Second is unlisted in Hake. Liberty cap appears on flag pole. Tiny bend in upper right corner. Exc. Julie Powell Collection.
