Item Description
1-7/16" tall only about two-thirds the size of the usually seen variety. Chair is in die-cut brass with vertical stickpin on reverse. Seat area is in silvered brass. Chair back reads "Presidential Chair" while seat reads "Who Shall Occupy It." Releasing tiny tab on bottom edge of seat causes seat to spring open revealing sepia paper photo of Harrison mounted on the underside. Item includes tiny text "Patented Oct. 2, 88." Beautiful NM luster and operating perfectly. Over the years we've probably handled two dozen of the larger sized chairs for various candidates but this is the one example we've seen of this smaller variety.
