Item Description
5x8x2" deep cardboard store box w/die-cut display lid contains 100 of 120 quantity as originally marked on box. Each unit consists of hard plastic premium model of actual airplane models from different countries w/attached plastic tube/wrapper containing Albert & Son Inc. "Candy Pearls" that were sold for 1¢ apiece. 1950s. Box shows scattered wear/aging and die-cut lid has been punched. Fine. There are a number of each of the "12 Different Kinds Of Modern Planes" as marked on box lid, although each model comes in various colors. Included in the 12 w/countries and plane names embossed on their wings are - Great Britain AW 650, USSR TU-104, USA DC-8 and B-52, France SE-210 and Reduc as well as six others, mostly US planes. Planes are NM while candy has scattered aging, w/much bright color remaining. Fine/VF.
