Item Description
First is a large 4" button picturing "Mr. Met" and with slogan "Courtesy Is Contagious." Button has dot sized nick on extreme bottom edge. Photo may show tiny smudge on the logo face but that was dirt now removed. All over but light and general surface wear shows in reflected light. Button still displays Exc. Next is 6" thin litho tin with sheet of plastic on the reverse which has a pair of small cutout holes holding a safety pin. Below the pin stamped in the plastic is "Hong Kong." This is very similar to the Yankees button, item #683. Button has a couple small dents, a scuff line near edge at 1 o'clock and a couple of scattered .25" paint scratches. Still bright and clean. Fine. These are items #56 and #57 from pages #243-244. Muchinsky Collection.
