Item Description
2.25". The all time classic civil rights button. The official button from the march can be seen adorning Dr. King's lapel during his "I Have A Dream" speech. The motif of black and white hands merged in handshake and the connection to one of the most famous speeches in American history make this button a must for any civil rights collection. Trace of light wear seen in reflected light and a lamination mark at center of hands that occurred during manufacturing. Full gloss. NM. Julie Powell Collection.
