Item Description
10x18x1.25" deep cardboard box w/nicely illustrated lid label contains complete set by A.C. Gilbert Co. set No. 2020, part of their "Magic Series" w/small winged devil logo. 1920. Lid label shows boy tossing coins into hat. Borders are made up of coins and magic wands. Box corners show moderate wear but box retains its shape. Fine. Lid label remains bright and glossy and aside from some moisture staining at upper right, displays VF. Contents appear complete and come w/"Gilbert Coin Tricks" booklet as well as painted wood magic wand and 24 pronged displays holding various metal "coins," several of them having winged devil design. Set also include four lidded metal canisters and metal slide tray. Scattered lt. wear but VF/Exc. overall. Rare. Barry Lutsky Collection.
