Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box features Trylon and Perisphere buildings w/"Goodrich" name on side and contains 6.25" dia., 1" thick miniature rubber tire w/raised "Goodrich Silvertown" raised text on both sides. Center has glass ashtray insert w/decal applied to back that shows repeated Trylon and Perisphere image from box, w/"Goodrich" name on side and "Goodrich World's Fair Exhibit - New York 1940" text at margins. Tiny flake to decal, o/w Exc. Box has some scattered aging but provided lines for mailing purposes remain unused. Fine/VF. Much scarcer 1940 version w/seldom seen box.
