Item Description
Pair of printed sheets have animator's art. First measures 9-7/8x14-5/8" w/stereotypical anti-Japanese caricature of "Jap Spy" from the 1942 Famous Studios cartoon "Japoteurs." Sheet has brown paper label at center w/"Irving J. Levine" typed name and production number. Sheet has Fleischer Studios copyright, but this was Famous Studios' first "Superman" cartoon. Vertical fold at center w/pin hole at bottom center. Sheet was taped up at one point as evidenced by to the two small tape pulls at top margin. Fine. Second sheet measures 11x17-5/8" and depicted "Nazi Commander" from the 1943 Famous Studios cartoon "Jungle Drums."
