Item Description
Lot of four photo illustrated cardboard boxes contains four of five 4.5" tall painted die-cast metal and plastic articulated figures. Made in Japan for the Japanese market by Bandai, 1980. "Kousoku Sentai Turboranger" was Toei's thirteenth entry of the Super Sentai series (and was the first Super Sentai title of the Heisei period). It aired on TV Asahi from Feb. 25, 1989 to Feb. 23, 1990, w/a total of 51 episodes. Its international English title as listed by Toei is "Turbo Rangers." Each box features character-specific illustrations w/photos of the Turborangers' alter egos. Black Turboranger box has trace remnant of price sticker. Boxes show lt. scattered wear and are VF-VF/Exc. overall. Figures each come w/separate blaster that fit into attached holsters. Figures (w/exception of Blue Turboranger) come w/original cardboard inserts over heads and are NM as packaged.
