Item Description
4-3/8x7-1/16" postcard for Feb. 23, 1968 concert that took place at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, MI featuring the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Soft Machine, MC5 and Rationals. Postcard features great psychedelic image (which was only produced in postcard form to advertise the show) of Hendrix playing the guitar w/his teeth designed by Gary Grimshaw. The image is also prominently displayed in "The Art of Rock," Plate 3.139 on page 299. Minor corner bumps but still VF/Exc. overall.
