Item Description
2-3/8 x 3.5" tintype shows large tent with American flag on center pole situated beneath a large tree. Four men, one holding a satchel, pose in foreground. On the lower front roof of the tent is a banner reading (backwards due to the photo process) "Cracker Jack" easily seen in big bold letters and then below, readable with magnification the slogan, "The More You Eat, The More You Want". Between the two men at right, are a pair of what seem to be large shipping cartons and the largest word at top of each, while very blurry, appears to be "Cracker Jack" (backwards). c. 1900. VF. Unique.
