Item Description
7x5.5x8.5" tall metal tabletop napkin dispenser for diners. F.E. Erickson Comp nay, Inc. of North Sacramento, CA. 1950s. Left/right sides have spring-loaded areas to hold/dispense napkins and front has coin slot w/plastic handle lever to pull. When penny was inserted and lever pulled, paper answer/fortune would pop out of slot on front. Front glittery panel has image of turban-clad swami consulting crystal ball. Promotional text notes "Any Questions That Can Be Answered 'Yes' Or 'No'" and goes on to list suggested questions. Text also notes that slips also included fortunes and predictions. Complete w/key but no slips are included. Metal exterior shows some scattered wear w/aging to side areas and a few small spots of oxidation. Fine overall.
