Item Description
9.5x12" calendar w/complete 1895 calendar pad issued by the Candee Rubber Co. of New Haven, CT. Calendar features illustration of young girl and puppy bundled in large rubber shoe of the period, w/"Snug And Comfortable In The 'Candee'" promotional text. Corner tip wear but appears unused and Exc. 6.5x8-7/8" die-cut counter top sign/standee w/easel back (missing) advertises "Forthoffer's Creme De Menthe Cola" and "Dole's Pineapple Nectarade" drinks. c. 1899. Some lt. aging and still VF overall despite missing easel.
