Item Description
Both are all brass rings with adjustable bands. First is from 1938 with good luck clover and horseshoe on the sides plus top image of "Dick Tracy" surrounded by more good luck symbols. Top comes off to access interior secret compartment. Tiny wear traces. Exc. Second is from 1940s sponsor Miller Bros. Hats with big Tracy profile on the oval ring top and he wears hat accented in red and green enamel paint. NM.
