14x21" first printing poster sleeved by CGC, for April 9-12, 1970 concerts that took place at Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA featuring The Grateful Dead, Miles Davis Quartet and Stone the Crows. Poster design by David Singer features X-ray image of hand reaching for a chambered nautilus shell w/space bkg. Singer has boldly signed in silver paint pen at lower right.
