Item Description
29x42" woodcut broadsheet for Cool Burgess' Minstrels performance by "Harry Causland! The Musical Wonder. Poster was printed by Pierce & Budlong Steam Job Printers of Providence, RI. c. 1868. Poster has been linen-mounted but shows obvious aging and margin wear, w/some small tears and 3/8" chip at top center. Upper right corner has .5" tear and small corner tip off. VG overall. Extremely rare poster advertising this famous minstrel troupe and its legendary banjo player.
